Out with the old and in with the new...did we upgrade or what? Ok, now we are so looking forward to making new memories in our new home. We were going to build a house. We had our plans finalized down to a "T". We became concerned that we were going to over build in our old subdivision. So, instead we "overbought". This house has been on the market since 2008. Sadly for the owners, they needed to unload it. We were able to get a great deal. We will be able to grow into this house and hopefully have lots of grandchildren here someday!
We drove up in a day and back in a day. We made an offer on the house in less than 24 hours. We have never made such an important decision so quick. We just knew it was the right thing to do.
