Breakfast with Hayden...& The Football Team

After the entire basketball team slept over the house last night for Ally's birthday, I got to skip out on cooking breakfast for everyone. 

Judson, Oney and I went to the CHS booster club pancake breakfast fundraiser at Applebee's this morning. Jud and I did what every good parent would do...we did our best to embarrass, harass, overwork, talk to, take pictures of, etc, sweet Hayden. 

He was a good sport to say the least.

The basketball team slept over for her birthday after the game tonight. This was their late night venture to a very spooky place. As you can tell, somebody was a little freaked out and took off running.

I just LOVE hanging out with these peeps! I guess I can credit Anna Laura for getting to know Chrissy! She is so beautiful and such a sweet friend to me-not to mention she is a great monogrammer...

I have always loved me some Karl...he can COOK like a boss...but I never knew he was a DJ!! His garage was awesome!

Deflated Footballs

This years Super Bowl has been a little tainted by the "deflated footballs" scandal... Here is Jud having a little fun with it on social media.  

Pickwick at Last

We made a speedy visit to check on our house...in and out in less than 36 hours. It has become so hard to get there during basketball season but we hate not checking on it especially since we had a flood in our first house. All was well....except for some dust and spiders. Abby and Jo went mudding. 

We went to Savannah to see the American Sniper movie and it was really good.  Great story. 

Oney and Judson went down to the beach and skipped rocks. 

We stopped in at my favorite neighbors -The Waits- and guess who still can't hang???? Jason. He was always asleep as a child before 9pm-turns out he still passes out early. 

Ashley couldn't even wake him up!!! 

Happy Birthday to Me and Judson!

How amazing is this new addition to our dining room table? We have found a few of these sheds at the farm as well as the little 6 point deer I killed this year. Patricia Howard made the pottery piece to tie it all together. This picture really doesn't do it justice.  

Thanks to my wonderful Mother in Law (and Father in Law) for a really special gift this year!

Dad was Right...

Well, "Dad" was right...

Ally and Abby used to be such dedicated, excited, competitive deer hunters. That is, until a couple of years ago. They decided they would rather have those extra hours of beauty sleep (not that they need it) than the biggest deer on the wall! 

Judson has said several times, maybe one day they will have a boyfriend that likes to hunt. I bet they will regain a sudden interest in hunting. Well guess what??? Abby all of a sudden wanted to go to the deer stand the last weekend of the season! Hmmmm....suspicious, hey?!?! 

She and Hayden went to his farm. They didn't kill anything but they did see a couple of coyotes. They were pretty cute in their camo weren't they?

Oscar Night

Ally and her boyfriend Darien went to Oscar night together. I have resorted to screen shotting the kids instagram accounts to steal pictures of them. I thought these were two cute posts!

Ally doesn't like to get dressed up as much as Abby, so when she does, I try to snap lots of pictures. How gorgeous is she? She looks so old and mature in this...yet so young and innocent. Her dress was perfect...classy and dazzling!
